Today is Jacob’s 2nd birthday.
He’s getting to be a big boy.
This morning he let us sleep in til 8. I was really surprised. I thought it was at least 6 or 7 when he did wake up. It was so dark out because there was a storm rolling through about that time.
He started out his morning checking out his birthday present he got from Mommy and Daddy and big brother Luke.
And then he had to play with his new toy!
After breakfast we headed to the store so Jacob could pick out a new toy from the money he got from Mama and Papa Newman.
He picked out a toy train to go with the boys’ collection of trains.
Oh and he got a call from Mama Newman.
After supper we went swimming and then came home and had some cupcakes.
I think he had a good birthday being as he probably didn’t notice it different from any other day.
